1. What TalkieNotes AI Does

TalkieNotes AI is an AI-powered note-taking and learning tool that may allow you to:

• Generate transcripts, summaries, key points, flashcards, and quizzes
• Ask questions about your notes using AI chat
• Save, organize, and share content in text or PDF format

TalkieNotes AI does not send automated bots to join your meetings on your behalf.

2. Information We May Collect

A. Information You Provide

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

• Content you submit, including recordings, uploaded audio files, transcripts, notes, prompts, summaries, flashcards, quiz responses, and other materials you choose to provide
• YouTube links or video identifiers that you submit for supported content-processing features

• Subscription-related information, such as your purchase status or entitlement information. Payment information itself is generally processed by Apple or the applicable app-store provider and is not collected directly by Camel Motion.

When you use these features, the content you submit may be transmitted to our cloud infrastructure providers and AI-processing providers solely to provide the requested functionality, maintain the Service, prevent abuse, improve reliability, or troubleshoot errors.

We do not use your submitted recordings, transcripts, notes, or prompts for advertising or behavioral profiling.

We will not use your submitted content to train public or general-purpose AI models unless we clearly notify you and obtain any consent required by applicable law.

You are responsible for obtaining any permission, notice, or consent required before recording another person or uploading content that includes another person’s voice, personal information, copyrighted material, confidential information, or other protected content.

4. YouTube Content

TalkieNotes AI may allow you to submit YouTube links or use YouTube-related features. You may only submit content that you are permitted to use.

When YouTube API Services, embedded players, or related services are used, your use may also be subject to YouTube’s applicable Terms of Service and policies. YouTube’s developer policies require API clients to provide their own privacy policy and, where applicable, state that users are also bound by YouTube’s Terms of Service.

TalkieNotes AI does not grant you any rights to download, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use YouTube content beyond rights granted by the content owner, YouTube, or applicable law.
