These Terms govern your use of the StoryTune AI application operated by Camel Motion.

By downloading, accessing, or using StoryTune AI, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

StoryTune AI provides AI-powered story generation tools designed to help users create stories for entertainment and creative purposes.

You agree to use the App only for lawful and appropriate purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use user-generated prompts or stories for advertising purposes
• Use user-generated content for independent AI model training

Users are responsible for the content they generate using the App.

3. Use by Children

StoryTune AI includes features designed for family-friendly storytelling, including stories that may be generated for children.

If children under the age of 13 use the App, they should do so under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring how children use the App and the stories they generate.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

StoryTune AI may offer:

• Paid subscriptions
• One-time purchases
• Premium AI features

Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Subscription management, billing, and cancellations are handled through your store account settings.

Prices may vary depending on region and platform.

Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, AI systems, designs, logos, and technology used in StoryTune AI are owned by Camel Motion or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy
• Modify
• Distribute
• Reverse engineer

any part of the App without prior written permission.

6. Availability & Modifications

Camel Motion may:

• Modify or improve features
• Add or remove functionality
• Temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or upgrades

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee continuous availability.

7. AI Generated Content Disclaimer

Stories generated by StoryTune AI are created by artificial intelligence based on user prompts.

We do not guarantee that generated stories will be:

• Accurate
• Original
• Free from errors
• Suitable for all audiences

Users should review AI-generated content before sharing or publishing it.

8. Disclaimer

StoryTune AI is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Camel Motion makes no warranties regarding:

• Specific story outcomes
• Continuous or uninterrupted service
• Error-free AI output

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camel Motion shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data
• Loss of profits
• User-generated content outcomes
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the App

10. Termination

Camel Motion reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated or if misuse of the service occurs.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Camel Motion operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
