By downloading, accessing, or using Smart Printer Connect, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app.
Smart Printer Connect is a mobile utility app that allows users to print, scan, preview, manage, and share documents, photos, images, and files using compatible wireless or AirPrint-supported printers.
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that the files, documents, photos, scans, and printer connections you use with the app are appropriate, lawful, and owned or authorized by you.
Smart Printer Connect may include features such as:
Some features may require access to device permissions such as local network, camera, photos, files, Bluetooth, or notifications. If you do not grant the required permissions, certain features may not work properly.
Smart Printer Connect is designed to work with compatible wireless, local network, and AirPrint-supported printers. Printer availability and performance may depend on your device, printer model, printer settings, Wi-Fi network, operating system, and third-party printer frameworks.
We do not guarantee that the app will work with every printer, printer brand, printer model, network environment, or file type. You are responsible for ensuring that your printer is properly set up, connected, and compatible with your device.
You may select, scan, upload, preview, print, or share files, documents, photos, images, PDFs, or other content through the app.
You remain responsible for your content. By using the app, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions to access, use, print, scan, or share any content processed through Smart Printer Connect.
You agree not to use the app to process, print, scan, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, or violates the rights of others.
Your use of Smart Printer Connect is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect information when you use the app.

Smart Printer Connect may offer paid premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscription plans may include:
The app may also offer a 3-day free trial, after which the subscription may renew at $9.99 per week, unless canceled before the trial ends.
Subscription prices, trial availability, billing periods, and promotional offers may vary by country, region, App Store settings, taxes, currency, or special offers. The final price and billing terms will always be shown in the App Store purchase confirmation screen before you complete the purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, according to your selected subscription plan.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
If a free trial is offered, you may access premium features for the trial period shown in the app or App Store purchase screen.
After the free trial ends, your subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends. Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
All payments, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store.
We do not directly collect, process, or store your full payment card details. Refund requests are subject to Apple’s refund policies and must be submitted through Apple.
We cannot guarantee refunds for purchases made through the App Store.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Smart Printer Connect for personal, non-commercial use on devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store rules.
You may not:
Smart Printer Connect may use or interact with third-party services, frameworks, platforms, or tools, including Apple App Store, StoreKit, printer frameworks, analytics tools, crash reporting services, cloud storage services, or file picker services.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, availability, or performance.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Smart Printer Connect at any time, with or without notice.
We may release updates to improve features, fix bugs, enhance security, or make changes required by operating systems, App Store rules, or third-party services. Some features may not work correctly if you do not install the latest version of the app.
We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with all devices, operating systems, printers, or networks.
Smart Printer Connect is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the app, including but not limited to:
You use the app at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camel Motion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Smart Printer Connect.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to:
Our total liability for any claim related to the app shall be limited to the amount you paid for the app or subscription during the period allowed by applicable law.
You are responsible for:
Smart Printer Connect, including its design, features, graphics, logos, text, software, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Camel Motion and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not use our name, logo, branding, design, or app content without our prior written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Smart Printer Connect if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, attempt to bypass payment or security features, or use the app in an unlawful or harmful manner.
Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately stop. Subscription cancellation and refund matters will remain subject to Apple’s App Store policies.
Smart Printer Connect is not intended for children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, you should not use the app.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app, on our website, or through another appropriate method.
The updated Terms will become effective when posted, unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of Smart Printer Connect after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
