These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the QR Code Pro & Barcode Scanner mobile application (“App”), provided by Camel Motion, Inc. (“Camel Motion,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By downloading, accessing, purchasing a subscription to, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the App.
Where a user is not legally capable of entering into these Terms, any required agreement or authorization must be provided by a parent or legal guardian.
These Terms apply to both free and premium users of the App.
QR Code Pro & Barcode Scanner is a utility application designed to scan, generate, customize, store, manage, and share QR codes and barcodes.

The App allows users to create QR codes for supported content, such as:
The App may also support standard barcode formats, including EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, UPC-E, Code 39, Code 128, ITF, Data Matrix, Aztec, PDF417, Micro QR, and Micro PDF417.
Available customization features may allow users to modify the appearance of supported codes, edit content, save images, and share generated codes.

Feature availability may differ depending on your device, operating system, app version, subscription status, and technical compatibility.
Subject to compliance with these Terms and applicable Apple usage rules, Camel Motion grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control.
This license does not transfer ownership of the App or its intellectual property.
You may not, except where expressly permitted by applicable law:
You may use the App to generate QR codes and barcodes for lawful personal or commercial purposes, provided your use complies with these Terms.
You are responsible for the information that you scan, generate, store, export, or share through the App.
You agree not to use the App to:
Camel Motion reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to services under its control when reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms or applicable law.
The App is provided as a tool for scanning and generating supported code formats.
Although we aim to provide reliable functionality, Camel Motion does not guarantee that every scanned or generated code will be accurate, valid, readable, compatible with every scanner, or accepted by every third-party service.
Code performance may depend on:
Users should verify important codes before sharing or relying on them.
Camel Motion is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrectly entered information or the use of invalid or unreadable codes, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.
The App may allow users to save and manage scanned or generated codes.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important information.
Deleting entries, clearing history, uninstalling the App, changing devices, or disabling synchronization may result in loss of stored information.
Imported CSV files and other supported content should be accurate, properly formatted, and obtained lawfully.
We do not guarantee recovery of deleted, damaged, or otherwise inaccessible data.
The App may provide optional synchronization using Apple’s iCloud services.
Access to this feature may depend on your Apple Account, device configuration, available storage, network connectivity, and Apple’s service availability.
Camel Motion is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by Apple services or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You remain responsible for managing your Apple Account and understanding how synchronization, deletion, and backups work across your devices.
The App may offer premium features through paid, automatically renewing subscriptions.

Actual subscription benefits are determined by the features disclosed in the App at the time of purchase.
The App currently advertises the following plans in its supplied subscription screen:

Prices are displayed in US dollars for reference. Your actual subscription price and currency are determined by the App Store storefront and the purchase confirmation screen.
Prices may vary by country and may include applicable taxes.
Eligible users who select the yearly subscription may receive a three-day free trial where the offer is available.
No subscription fee is charged for the eligible trial period.
Unless canceled before the free trial expires, the subscription automatically converts to the applicable paid yearly subscription, and Apple charges the price presented during purchase.
Eligibility is determined by Apple and the subscription offer configuration.
Free trials may not be available to all users or may be limited to eligible first-time subscribers.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
Apple processes subscription payments using the payment method associated with your Apple Account.
Renewal charges are subject to Apple’s subscription terms and the pricing disclosed through the App Store.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through Apple.
On an iPhone or iPad:
To avoid renewal charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription or free-trial period.
Cancellation normally prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund an already completed payment.
Paid access may continue until the end of the current billing period, subject to Apple’s applicable rules.
Deleting or uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.
If you previously purchased a subscription, you may restore eligible access using the App’s purchase restoration feature or other supported Apple purchase-restoration methods.
Restoration is subject to valid subscription status and Apple’s purchase records.
Camel Motion may modify future subscription prices, plan structures, or included features in accordance with applicable laws and App Store requirements.
Where required, Apple or Camel Motion will provide advance notice or obtain consent before changes take effect.
Subscription purchases and refunds are handled through Apple and are subject to Apple’s applicable refund procedures and consumer protection laws.

Camel Motion does not directly control Apple’s refund decisions.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory refund or consumer rights under applicable law.
The App may contain both free and subscription-based functionality.
Free features may display advertisements or contain usage restrictions.
Premium features remain available only while your subscription or other eligible entitlement is active.
Following subscription expiration, cancellation, or loss of entitlement, premium functionality may become unavailable, and the App may return to its free functionality.
Camel Motion may update feature availability, provided that changes comply with applicable laws, App Store requirements, and existing subscriber rights.
The App may generate or scan codes associated with third-party websites, applications, social media services, payment systems, and marketplaces.
Third-party services may include social media platforms, websites, messaging services, navigation services, and payment applications.
Camel Motion does not own, operate, endorse, or control such services merely because their links or identifiers can be encoded in the App.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
Camel Motion is not responsible for third-party content, availability, transactions, privacy practices, or security.
The App may enable creation or scanning of codes containing UPI identifiers, payment links, or other payment-related information.
The App is not a bank, payment processor, payment gateway, or financial institution.
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a separately identified service, Camel Motion does not process, authorize, settle, guarantee, or reverse financial transactions initiated through third-party payment services.
Users are responsible for verifying payment recipients, payment amounts, account details, and transaction legitimacy before proceeding.
Camel Motion is not responsible for payment errors, fraud, failed transfers, or unauthorized third-party transactions resulting from user-generated or scanned payment codes, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
The App may provide a PIN-based App Lock feature.
This feature is intended to provide an additional level of access restriction within the App.
It does not replace device-level security or guarantee protection against all forms of unauthorized access.
Users are responsible for safeguarding their devices, Apple Accounts, PINs, and sensitive code information.
The App, including its software, interface, design, graphics, branding, and original content, is owned by or licensed to Camel Motion, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users retain their applicable rights in the information and original content they enter, import, or generate using the App.
Using the App does not grant Camel Motion ownership of the underlying user-provided content.
You grant us only those limited rights necessary to process content for the functionality you request.
Third-party trademarks and service names remain the property of their respective owners.
We may release updates, improvements, bug fixes, and new features.
We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or operational reasons.
Certain updates may require newer operating systems or compatible devices.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Changes affecting purchased or subscribed functionality remain subject to applicable consumer rights and App Store requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not make warranties beyond those expressly required by law concerning uninterrupted availability, universal compatibility, scanning accuracy, error-free performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.
The App should not be relied upon as the sole means of verifying important, financial, legal, safety-critical, or security-sensitive information.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Camel Motion, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
This may include losses associated with:
Where permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid for the App during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or US $50.
These limitations do not apply to liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, including applicable statutory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Camel Motion, Inc. from third-party claims, damages, or reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the App, infringement of third-party rights, or material violation of these Terms.
This provision does not apply where the claim results from Camel Motion’s own unlawful conduct or where indemnification is prohibited by applicable law.
Your use of the App is also governed by our QR Code Pro & Barcode Scanner Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy describes how information is accessed, processed, stored, and disclosed.

You may stop using the App at any time.
Camel Motion may suspend or terminate access to services under its control when reasonably necessary to address unlawful behavior, significant violations of these Terms, fraud, or security risks.
Termination of App access does not automatically cancel an Apple-managed subscription.
You must cancel your subscription separately through Apple to avoid future renewal charges.
Provisions intended to survive termination, including applicable intellectual property protections, liability provisions, and dispute-related terms, will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delaware, unless applicable law grants you the right to bring claims in another jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory consumer protection rights available in your country or region.
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in functionality, subscriptions, legal requirements, or business operations.
Updated Terms will be posted through our website or App with a revised effective date.
Where required by applicable law, material changes will be accompanied by appropriate notice or consent.
Your continued use after changes take effect will constitute acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Where Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies, it operates alongside these Terms. In the event of an inconsistency concerning the license to the App, the applicable EULA controls to the extent required by law.
