These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your download, access, subscription, and use of the My Vocab AI mobile application (“App”), developed and operated by Camel Motion (“Camel Motion”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading, accessing, subscribing to, or using My Vocab AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the App.
“Camel Motion” means Camel Motion and, where applicable, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and service providers.
“App” means the My Vocab AI mobile application, including its content, features, subscriptions, updates, and related services.
“User”, “you”, or “your” means any person who downloads, accesses, subscribes to, or uses the App.
“Services” means the vocabulary learning, AI-assisted explanations, quizzes, reminders, personalization tools, premium content, and other features made available through the App.
My Vocab AI is an educational vocabulary-learning application designed to help users improve word knowledge, language confidence, and daily learning habits.
The App may provide features such as:
The App is intended for general educational and personal learning purposes only. It does not guarantee academic results, exam scores, professional language outcomes, or complete accuracy of every generated explanation.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, to use My Vocab AI.
If you are below the legal age required to enter into contracts or purchase subscriptions in your country, you may use paid features only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the App, you confirm that you meet the applicable age and legal capacity requirements.
My Vocab AI may be available through third-party application stores, including the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
By downloading, installing, updating, purchasing, or subscribing to the App through an app store, you also agree to comply with the applicable terms, policies, payment rules, and conditions of that app store.
Camel Motion is not responsible for app store availability, app store account issues, payment processing failures, refund decisions, download errors, or platform-specific restrictions.
When starting the App for the first time, you may be asked to provide optional information or preferences related to your vocabulary learning experience, such as your learning level, preferred categories, learning goals, language preferences, or reminder frequency.
This information helps personalize your App experience. You may be able to change these preferences at any time through the App settings, where available.
The App may provide a free version with limited content or features so users can test whether the App is suitable for their needs. To access full content or advanced features, users may be required to subscribe to a premium version.
Camel Motion grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use My Vocab AI for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes.
This license does not transfer ownership of the App or any materials within it. Under this license, you may not:

Camel Motion is not responsible for any decision, result, loss, misunderstanding, academic outcome, or professional consequence arising from reliance on App content or AI-generated output.
You may enter, save, submit, or generate content through the App, including words or phrases, prompts, questions, quiz answers, notes, examples, saved words, favorites, or custom vocabulary lists.
You retain ownership of any content you submit or create through the App.
By using the App, you grant Camel Motion a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to process, store, display, and use your content only as necessary to provide, maintain, personalize, secure, and improve the App and its services.
You represent and warrant that any content you submit belongs to you or you have the right to use it, does not violate law or third-party rights, and does not contain unlawful, harmful, offensive, or infringing material.
We may remove or restrict content if we believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.
My Vocab AI may include both free and paid features.
The free version may include limited access to selected vocabulary content, daily words, basic explanations, quizzes, or other features.
Premium features may include expanded vocabulary access, advanced AI explanations, personalized tools, increased or unlimited usage, additional categories, premium quizzes, ad-free or enhanced experiences, and other paid features introduced from time to time.
The exact features included in free or premium plans may vary by platform, country, app version, promotional offer, or subscription type.
My Vocab AI may offer paid subscription plans or premium access, including weekly, monthly, annual, or lifetime plans where available.
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on the platform used to download the App.
Camel Motion does not directly process, collect, or store your credit card, debit card, bank account, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other payment details.
By purchasing a subscription or premium access, you agree to the pricing, payment terms, renewal terms, refund policies, and billing conditions of the relevant app store.
Prices may vary by country, currency, platform, taxes, subscription plan, promotional offer, or app store rules.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date in accordance with the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription through your app store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
If you cancel your subscription, you may continue to access premium features until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated by the app store.
My Vocab AI may offer free trials for certain subscription plans. If a free trial is offered, the duration and conditions will be displayed before purchase. After the trial period ends, you may be charged automatically unless you cancel before the end of the trial period.
Trial availability, duration, and eligibility may vary by platform, country, app store rules, promotional offer, or previous subscription history.
Refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective refund policies.
Camel Motion does not control app store refund decisions and cannot guarantee that any refund request will be approved.
To request a refund, users should contact the relevant app store through their purchase history or account settings.
All intellectual and industrial property rights in My Vocab AI, including but not limited to software, source code, design, user interface, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, learning materials, databases, features, and content, are owned by Camel Motion or its licensors.
You acknowledge that unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, commercialization, decompilation, disassembly, reverse engineering, transformation, or publication of any App element may violate Camel Motion’s intellectual property rights.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the App or its materials.
My Vocab AI may use or link to third-party services, including app stores, payment systems, cloud hosting providers, analytics services, crash reporting tools, AI or language-processing providers, notification services, and customer support tools.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and practices.
Camel Motion is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, platform outages, payment issues, or privacy practices.
Camel Motion may update, modify, suspend, improve, replace, or discontinue any part of My Vocab AI at any time, including features, design, vocabulary categories, AI tools, free or premium content, subscription plans, pricing, notifications, learning activities, and technical requirements.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your mobile device, app store account, and any login credentials associated with your use of the App.
You should ensure that your device is protected against viruses, malware, spyware, unauthorized access, and other harmful software.
Camel Motion may monitor network traffic, system activity, and App usage to detect unauthorized access, security threats, technical issues, abuse, or attempts to interfere with the App.
By using the App, you consent to reasonable monitoring for security, maintenance, and service improvement purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Camel Motion and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and partners shall not be liable for any damages arising from:
Use of the App is at your sole discretion and risk. Where applicable law does not allow certain limitations of liability, some limitations may not apply to you.
My Vocab AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Camel Motion makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted service.
We do not warrant that the App will meet your expectations, be error-free, improve your vocabulary by a specific amount, remain permanently available, or be free from viruses or harmful elements.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Camel Motion, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, expenses, or costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from:
This section will survive termination of your use of the App.
Camel Motion may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to My Vocab AI at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, abuse AI or subscription features, infringe intellectual property rights, or if required by law, regulation, app store policy, or security reasons.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will stop immediately. Certain saved content or premium access may no longer be available, subject to applicable law and app store rules.
Your use of My Vocab AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how Camel Motion collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information related to your use of the App.
Please review the Privacy Policy carefully before using the App.
Camel Motion may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we may update the “Last updated” date and, where required, provide notice through the App, email, app store listing, or other appropriate means.
Your continued use of My Vocab AI after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
If any clause of these Terms is declared invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that clause will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining clauses will continue to remain valid and enforceable.
Any claim relating to My Vocab AI, Camel Motion Offerings, or these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the domicile country of Camel Motion, namely the United Arab Emirates, and in particular the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply in the user’s country or region, such rights shall not be limited by these Terms.
