These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lingo Now mobile application (“App”), operated by Camel Motion (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the App.
Lingo Now provides language translation services powered by advanced technologies, including AI-based processing. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise explicitly permitted. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the App, attempt to interfere with its functionality, or use it in a way that could harm the service or other users.
Some features of Lingo Now may be offered on a subscription basis. Subscription payments will be charged through your Apple ID or respective app store account upon confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. All billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the respective app store provider, and we do not have direct control over these processes.
We strive to provide accurate and reliable translations; however, Lingo Now does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of translations. Translations may vary depending on context, language nuances, and AI limitations. You acknowledge that the App is provided for general informational purposes and should not be relied upon for critical, legal, medical, or professional decisions.
All intellectual property rights related to the App, including design, features, content, and technology, are owned by or licensed to Camel Motion. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data. By using Lingo Now, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that may harm the App or its users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lingo Now and Camel Motion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to errors in translation, loss of data, or service interruptions.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
