These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HomzDeco AI, operated by Camel Motion Inc. (“Camel Motion,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By downloading, accessing or using HomzDeco AI, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
HomzDeco AI provides AI-powered tools for home design, interior design, exterior design, room remodeling, decoration, renovation visualization and related creative purposes.
Available functionality may include image-based room redesign, style visualization, furniture or object changes, wall and flooring previews, exterior redesign and related AI-powered features.
Features may vary by device, App version, subscription level or region.
You may use HomzDeco AI only if you are legally permitted to use the Service and enter into these Terms under applicable law.
Where required, minors may use the App only with authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
Subject to these Terms, Camel Motion Inc. grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use HomzDeco AI for lawful personal purposes.
You may not unlawfully copy, redistribute or resell the App; reverse engineer it except where permitted by law; circumvent subscription or security restrictions; interfere with the operation of the Service; gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts; or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
You may upload photographs, images, prompts, descriptions and other materials (“User Content”) to HomzDeco AI.
You retain your ownership rights in original content created or owned by you.
By submitting User Content, you grant Camel Motion Inc. a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, reproduce, transmit and technically modify it to the extent reasonably necessary to provide HomzDeco AI functionality.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate rights to upload and process User Content.
You must not upload content that unlawfully infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy rights or other legal rights.
You must also not use the App to create or distribute unlawful, harmful or otherwise prohibited content.
HomzDeco AI uses artificial intelligence and automated technologies.
AI-generated designs are intended primarily for visualization, inspiration and creative planning.

You should independently verify important design, construction and renovation decisions.
HomzDeco AI is not a licensed architect, engineer, contractor, surveyor, building inspector or other professional construction service.
AI-generated results should not replace professional advice where professional assessment is appropriate or legally required.
Before undertaking structural changes, construction, electrical work, plumbing work or other material renovations, consult appropriately qualified professionals and comply with applicable permits and building regulations.
Certain HomzDeco AI features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase.
Available plans, prices, billing periods and included features will be displayed before purchase.
For purchases made through Apple’s App Store, payment is processed through your Apple Account.
Subscriptions may automatically renew according to the terms displayed at the time of purchase and Apple’s applicable subscription rules.
You can manage your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.
Deleting HomzDeco AI does not itself change an active App Store subscription.
HomzDeco AI may offer free trials, discounted subscriptions or other promotional offers.
Where an offer is available, eligibility, duration, pricing and applicable renewal terms will be shown before purchase.
Eligibility may vary between users.
Purchases processed through Apple’s App Store are subject to Apple’s applicable payment and refund policies.
Camel Motion Inc. does not control Apple’s refund decisions.

Where supported, users may restore eligible purchases associated with the same Apple Account through the App’s Restore Purchases functionality.
Successful restoration depends on Apple’s transaction records and subscription status.
Except for User Content and third-party materials, HomzDeco AI and its software, branding, interface, graphics, designs, technology, logos and original content are owned by or licensed to Camel Motion Inc.
No ownership rights are transferred to you through your use of the Service.
You may not use HomzDeco AI to violate applicable laws; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; upload malicious code; interfere with the App or its infrastructure; bypass security or payment restrictions; use automated systems to abuse the Service; impersonate others; or attempt unauthorized access to another user’s information.
AI-generated images may vary even when similar prompts or source images are used.
Camel Motion Inc. does not guarantee that generated content will be unique.
Other users may receive similar or identical outputs because of the nature of generative artificial-intelligence technology.
You remain responsible for determining whether generated content is appropriate for your intended use.
HomzDeco AI may depend on third-party AI models, cloud infrastructure, APIs or other technology.
We cannot guarantee the continuous availability of third-party services.
Features may be affected, modified or discontinued where third-party technology or access changes.
We aim to maintain reliable operation of HomzDeco AI but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, network problems, third-party outages, security concerns or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Camel Motion Inc. may add, update, improve, replace or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for technical, product, security, legal or operational reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HomzDeco AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated results will always be accurate, complete, unique or suitable for a particular design, renovation or construction project.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Camel Motion Inc. will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use HomzDeco AI.
This includes losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated designs, renovation decisions, construction decisions, third-party services, data loss or service interruptions.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
We may restrict or terminate access to HomzDeco AI where reasonably necessary if a user materially violates these Terms, abuses the Service, engages in fraudulent activity, creates security risks, infringes intellectual-property rights or uses the App unlawfully.

Account deletion and management of an Apple subscription are separate processes.
Your use of HomzDeco AI is also subject to the HomzDeco AI Privacy Policy, which describes how information is collected, processed and protected.
If you download HomzDeco AI through Apple’s App Store, these Terms are between you and Camel Motion Inc., not Apple.
Camel Motion Inc. is responsible for the App and its content, subject to Apple’s applicable App Store requirements.
Your use of HomzDeco AI must also comply with applicable Apple terms.
We may modify these Terms to reflect changes to HomzDeco AI, applicable laws, App Store requirements, business practices or technology.
The current version will display the latest “Last Updated” date.
These Terms are governed by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you under the laws of your country or region.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
