Terms of Service – Cleno AI

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Cleno AI – Smart iPhone Cleaner & Storage Manager (“Cleno AI”, “App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), operated by Camel Motion.

By downloading, installing, or using Cleno AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Cleno AI.

By using the App, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Description of Service

Cleno AI is a privacy-focused, offline iPhone cleaner and storage management tool that allows users to:

  • Identify duplicate or similar photos
  • Detect large videos
  • Compress videos locally
  • Manage contacts (with permission)
  • Organize files before deletion
  • Use secure on-device storage features (e.g., Secret Space)

All processing occurs locally on your device.

We do not store or access your personal files on external servers.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for reviewing files before deleting them.
  • You will not misuse the App in violation of any laws.
  • You understand that deletion actions are irreversible once confirmed.

Cleno AI provides tools for organization and cleanup, but final deletion decisions remain entirely under your control.

4. Local Processing & Data Handling

Cleno AI operates entirely offline.

  • No personal files are transmitted to external servers.
  • No cloud backup is created by the App.
  • File analysis occurs on-device only.
  • Removing the App deletes associated local application data.

You acknowledge that the App cannot recover deleted files unless they remain recoverable within iOS system capabilities.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

A. In-App Purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription.

All payments are processed exclusively through Apple’s App Store.

We do not:

  • Process payment cards
  • Store billing information
  • Manage renewals directly

B. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.

Apple may charge your Apple ID account within 24 hours before renewal.

C. Managing Subscriptions

You may manage or cancel subscriptions via:

iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

D. Free Trials (If Offered)

If a free trial is provided, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

6. Refund Policy

All billing and refund requests are handled by Apple.

Camel Motion does not issue refunds directly.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, UI design, logos, and content associated with Cleno AI are the property of Camel Motion and protected under intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy or distribute the App
  • Reverse engineer or modify the software
  • Use branding without written permission

8. Service Availability

We may:

  • Update the App
  • Modify features
  • Improve functionality
  • Discontinue certain features

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Camel Motion shall not be liable for:

  • Accidental file deletion
  • Data loss resulting from user actions
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Device storage issues outside the App’s control

You use the App at your own risk.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of important files before performing cleanup operations.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Required by law, regulation, or platform policy

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Privacy

Your use of Cleno AI is governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Children’s Use

Cleno AI is not intended for children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
