MeetGo for Zoom Meetings is a productivity application designed to help users organize, view, access, and join online meetings conveniently.

“Zoom,” “Zoom Meetings,” the Zoom name, logos, trademarks, service marks, and related intellectual property belong to Zoom Video Communications, Inc. Any references to Zoom are intended only to describe interoperability or compatibility with the applicable third-party service.
MeetGo for Zoom Meetings may require access to certain information stored on your device to provide its features.
If you grant calendar permission, the App may access information contained in calendars available on your device, such as event titles, dates, times, meeting URLs, event notes, calendar identifiers, and related information necessary to identify and display upcoming meetings.
Calendar information is used to provide features such as displaying scheduled meetings, identifying meeting links, organizing upcoming meetings, and creating meeting reminders.
Where technically possible, calendar information is processed locally on your device.
We do not use your calendar information for advertising, marketing profiles, or sale to third parties.
You can revoke calendar access at any time through your device’s system settings. Certain App features may stop working after calendar access is disabled.
MeetGo for Zoom Meetings may process meeting-related information contained in your calendar or entered by you into the App.
This information may include meeting titles, meeting dates and times, meeting URLs, meeting IDs, meeting platform information, or meeting notes.
The App uses this information only to provide its meeting organization, reminder, and quick-access functionality.
MeetGo for Zoom Meetings does not intentionally record or access the audio, video, screen sharing, private messages, chat conversations, or other communications occurring inside meetings that you join through third-party meeting platforms.
When you choose to join a meeting, MeetGo for Zoom Meetings may open the relevant meeting URL using a compatible application, browser, or third-party meeting service installed on your device.
When you leave MeetGo for Zoom Meetings and access a third-party service, that third party’s own privacy policy and terms apply.
Camel Motion does not control how third-party services process information after you access their services.
With your permission, MeetGo for Zoom Meetings may send notifications or reminders about upcoming meetings.
Notifications may contain information such as a meeting title, scheduled time, or reminder information.
You can control or disable notifications through your device settings at any time.
If you contact Camel Motion for support, we may receive information that you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, device information, operating-system version, App version, screenshots, diagnostic information, and a description of the issue you are experiencing.
We use this information to respond to your request, investigate technical issues, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the App.
Please avoid sending passwords, private meeting credentials, confidential meeting contents, financial information, or other sensitive information when contacting support unless specifically necessary.
The App may process limited technical information required for normal operation, such as the device type, operating-system version, App version, language or region settings, subscription entitlement status, and purchase status.
Where such information is handled locally on your device, it is not transmitted to Camel Motion.
If we introduce analytics, crash reporting, advertising, cloud synchronization, or similar technologies in a future version of MeetGo for Zoom Meetings, this Privacy Policy and applicable App Store privacy disclosures will be updated accordingly.
MeetGo for Zoom Meetings may offer premium features through subscriptions or other in-app purchases.
Purchases made through Apple’s App Store are processed by Apple, not directly by Camel Motion.
Camel Motion does not receive or store your full credit-card number, debit-card number, bank-account details, Apple Account password, or complete payment credentials.
Apple may provide limited purchase and subscription information necessary to confirm your entitlement to paid functionality.
Payment information processed by Apple is governed by Apple’s own privacy practices and terms.
Information processed in connection with MeetGo for Zoom Meetings is used to provide and operate the App, display and organize scheduled meetings, identify meeting links, provide reminders and notifications, open meeting links when requested by you, verify purchases or subscription entitlements, provide customer support, troubleshoot technical problems, maintain App security and reliability, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable legal requirements.
We do not sell your personal information.
Camel Motion does not sell or rent personal information.
We may disclose information only when reasonably necessary to provide a service requested by you, work with service providers acting on our behalf, comply with law or valid legal process, respond to lawful requests from public authorities, investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce our rights, protect users or others from harm, or as part of a business restructuring, merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets where permitted by law.

Such processing is governed by Zoom’s own terms and privacy policies.
MeetGo for Zoom Meetings is not responsible for the availability, operation, security, privacy practices, or data processing activities of Zoom or other third-party services.
MeetGo for Zoom Meetings may use Apple technologies and services such as calendar permissions, local notifications, App Store purchases, StoreKit, and subscription-management functionality.
Information processed directly by Apple is governed by Apple’s applicable terms and privacy practices.
Where calendar information and meeting information are processed locally, such information remains on your device and is not stored on Camel Motion servers.
Information you voluntarily provide to our customer-support team may be stored securely for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve your request, maintain legitimate business records, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Locally stored information may remain on your device until you delete the relevant information, revoke applicable permissions, clear App data where available, or uninstall the App.
Support communications may be retained for a reasonable period for customer-service, security, operational, and legal purposes.
If information is stored only locally within MeetGo for Zoom Meetings, you can generally remove it by changing App settings where available, revoking calendar or notification permissions, removing relevant information from your calendar, or deleting the App.
