2.1 Period & Cycle Information

When you use Flomate’s tracking features, you may choose to enter:

  • Cycle length information
  • Reminder preferences

This information is used only to provide predictions, reminders, and insights within the app.

2.2 Prescription Uploads (Optional Feature)

If you choose to upload a prescription for medicine reminders, the App may process:

  • Images or documents of prescriptions
  • Reminder schedules entered by you

Important:

  • Prescription uploads are optional
  • Files are used only to set reminders
  • We do not analyze, diagnose, or provide medical advice
  • Uploaded prescriptions are not shared or sold

2.3 Subscription Content Usage

Flomate may offer premium content such as:

  • Mood-elevating audio
  • Calming or motivational videos
  • Daily quotes

Accessing this content does not require additional personal or health data.

3. Health Data Handling

Certain data in Flomate (such as period dates or prescriptions) may be considered health-related information.

We handle this data with enhanced care:

  • Used only for app functionality
  • Not used for advertising or profiling
  • Not shared with third parties for marketing
  • Not used for AI or model training

Flomate is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

4. Information We Do NOT Collect

Flomate does not collect:

  • Name, email, or phone number (unless explicitly required for support)

  • Advertising identifiers
  • Contacts or address book
  • Biometric identification data
  • Data for third-party advertising or tracking

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions and purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store.

We do not collect, receive, or store your payment details. All billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed securely by Apple.

By subscribing, you receive access to premium features such as an ad-free experience, multiple results, and unlimited saves.

Billing Information

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • If a free trial is offered, payment will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the trial period unless canceled before then.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through:

iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

Auto-renewal can be turned off in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

Subscription status is used solely to unlock premium features within the app.

6. Device & Technical Information

We may collect limited technical data such as:

  • App version
  • Device type
  • Operating system
  • Crash and performance logs

This data is used only to improve stability and reliability.

7. Data Storage & Security

  • Data is stored using secure, encrypted systems
  • Uploaded files are retained only as long as necessary
  • Industry-standard security measures are applied
  • Access to sensitive data is strictly limited

8. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party services for:
