Facelyt AI (“Facelyt”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is operated by Camel Motion. This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use the Facelyt AI mobile application (the “App”).
When you use AI enhancement features in the App, the photo or video you select is securely uploaded to Camel Motion’s servers in order to generate the requested enhancement.
To perform this processing, the selected media may be securely transmitted to our third-party AI service providers, including Google Gemini, Fotor, and Replicate, which process the media solely to generate the requested enhancement.
These providers:
* Process media only to generate the requested enhancement
* Are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality
* Must implement data protection safeguards equal to or greater than ours
* May not use user media for advertising purposes
* May not use user media for independent AI model training
We share only the minimum data necessary to perform the requested processing.
Subscribe to unlock premium access to Facelyt, including advanced AI enhancement tools, multiple results, faster processing, and unlimited saves.
Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase, or within 24 hours prior to the end of the free trial period, if applicable.
Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the active subscription period.
Your iTunes Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage your subscription and disable auto-renewal anytime from your Account Settings:
* Open Settings > iTunes & App Store
* Tap your Apple ID and select View Apple ID
* Open Subscriptions
* Select Facelyt and manage your plan
Any unused portion of a free trial, if provided, will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription, where applicable
Uploaded media is temporarily stored only for the time required to complete processing and deliver results.
Files are automatically deleted after completion within a short operational retention window.
We do not maintain permanent copies of uploaded media.
Facelyt enhances images and videos but does not perform facial recognition or biometric identification.
We do not create biometric templates, identify individuals, or verify identity.
Media is processed solely to generate the enhancement you request.
Before media is uploaded for AI processing, the App presents a clear notice explaining:
That the selected photo or video will be uploaded
That it will be processed by third-party AI service providers acting on our behalf
That it will be temporarily stored
That it will be deleted after processing
Processing occurs only after you tap “Continue” and provide consent.
If you decline, the selected media is not uploaded for that feature.
If you upload images that include minors, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian, or that you have obtained appropriate consent, and you agree to the processing of the selected image for enhancement as described in this Privacy Policy.
We do not:
Sell personal data
Use uploaded media for advertising
Use uploaded media for AI model training
Retain uploaded media beyond the temporary processing period
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transmission and secure infrastructure, to protect data during processing.
