Capgeno AI (“Capgeno”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is operated by Camel Motion. This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use the Capgeno AI mobile application (the “App”).
When you use caption generation features in the App, the text, images, or prompts you provide may be securely transmitted to Camel Motion’s servers in order to generate captions using artificial intelligence.
To perform this processing, submitted content may be transmitted to contracted third-party AI service providers acting on our behalf.
These providers:
Process content solely to generate the requested captions
Are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality
Must implement data protection safeguards equal to or greater than ours
May not use user content for advertising purposes
May not use user content for independent AI model training
We share only the minimum data necessary to perform the requested caption generation.
Submitted content and generated captions may be temporarily stored only for the time required to complete processing and deliver results.
Data is automatically deleted after completion within a short operational retention window.
We do not maintain permanent copies of user-submitted content used for caption generation.
Capgeno AI generates captions and text content but does not perform facial recognition, biometric identification, or identity verification.
We do not create biometric templates or attempt to identify individuals from images or content provided in the App.
Content is processed solely to generate the captions you request.
Before content is processed for caption generation, the App provides a clear notice explaining:
That the text, prompt, or image you provide will be transmitted for AI processing
That processing may involve third-party AI service providers acting on our behalf
That the content may be temporarily stored during processing
That the content will be deleted after processing is completed
Processing occurs only after you tap “Continue” and provide consent.
If you decline, the content will not be processed for that feature.
If you submit content that contains personal information about yourself or others, you confirm that you have the appropriate rights or permissions to submit that content for caption generation as described in this Privacy Policy.
We do not:
Sell personal data
Use submitted content for advertising
Use submitted content for AI model training
Retain submitted content beyond the temporary processing period
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transmission and secure infrastructure, to protect data during processing.
