These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Flomate mobile application (“App”), developed and operated by Camel Motion (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By downloading, accessing, or using Flomate, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Purpose of the App

Flomate is a wellness application designed to help users:

• Track menstrual cycle and period dates 
• Set reminders related to cycles or medications 
• Access wellness content such as audio, video, and quotes 

Flomate is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Flomate.

By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information where required 
• Use the App for lawful, personal purposes only 
• Avoid misuse, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access 
• Not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content 

You are solely responsible for how you use the information and reminders provided by the App.

4. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

Flomate:

• Does not replace professional medical advice 
• Does not diagnose conditions 
• Does not guarantee accuracy of cycle predictions 
• Should not be used for contraception or medical decisions 

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

5. Prescription Uploads & Medicine Reminders

If you choose to upload prescriptions:

• This feature is provided for reminder purposes only 
• We do not verify, interpret, or validate prescriptions 
• Reminders are based solely on user-provided inputs 

Camel Motion is not responsible for missed doses, incorrect schedules, or medical outcomes.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload, including:

• Period-related entries 
• Prescription images or files 

By using the App, you grant Camel Motion a limited, non-exclusive, temporary license to process your content only to provide App functionality.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Flomate may offer paid subscriptions or premium features, including access to:

• Audio content 
• Video content 
• Quotes or wellness material 

All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Subscription terms:

• Billing occurs per the selected plan 
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled 
• Management and cancellation are handled through your store account 
• Refunds are subject to platform policies 

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, trademarks, and materials in Flomate are owned by Camel Motion or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.

9. Availability & Modifications

We may:

• Update or modify features 
• Add or remove content 
• Temporarily suspend the App for maintenance 

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Flomate if:

• These Terms are violated 
• The App is misused 
• Required by law or regulation 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camel Motion shall not be liable for:

• Health outcomes or decisions made based on App information 
• Data loss or missed reminders 
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages 

Use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Camel Motion’s place of operation, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
