Terms of Service – Capgeno AI

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Capgeno AI (“Capgeno”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), operated by Camel Motion.

By downloading, accessing, or using Capgeno AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the app.

By using Capgeno AI, you confirm that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• You will comply with all applicable laws.

2. Description of Service

Capgeno AI is an AI-powered caption generation application that allows users to:

• Generate captions from selected photos
• Create captions in multiple languages
• Customize caption length and mood
• Add emojis and hashtags automatically
• Copy or share captions instantly
• Use light or dark theme settings

We may modify or improve features at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Use the app for illegal activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service
• Abuse or exploit AI-generated content in violation of laws

You retain ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for content you generate or share.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Captions generated by the app are created using artificial intelligence.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy
• Originality
• Suitability for any specific purpose
• That generated content will be free from errors

You are responsible for reviewing and editing captions before use.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

A. In-App Purchases

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store and are governed by Apple’s payment terms.

We do not store payment information.

B. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

C. Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

D. Free Trials

If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial period ends.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are handled by Apple.

Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple via:

We do not process refunds directly.

7. Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, logos, software, and design elements are owned by Camel Motion and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or resell the app
• Use branding without permission

8. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review our Privacy Policy for information about data handling.

9. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We may:

• Modify or discontinue features
• Temporarily suspend access
• Perform maintenance updates

Without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Camel Motion shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or data
• Content-related disputes
• User-generated content misuse

Use of the app is at your own risk.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your usage harms the service
• Required by law

You may stop using the app at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
