Facelyt AI is built with privacy and security in mind:
Media is processed only to deliver the requested AI enhancement

Subscriptions and purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store.
We do not collect, receive, or store your payment details. All billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed securely by Apple.
By subscribing, you receive access to premium features such as an ad-free experience, multiple results, and unlimited saves.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
If a free trial is offered, payment will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the trial period unless canceled before then.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through:
iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Auto-renewal can be turned off in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
Subscription status is used solely to unlock premium features within the app.
Media files are processed using secure infrastructure
Files are encrypted during transmission
Temporary processing data is automatically deleted
We apply industry-standard security measures to protect all data
We may use trusted third-party services for:
Cloud processing
Crash analytics
Payment processing (Apple App Store / Google Play)
These services process data only on our behalf and under strict confidentiality agreements.
Facelyt AI is not intended for children under 13 (or under the minimum legal age in your region).

Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence.
